Clean rooms, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful same as last time I stayed.Super convenient to have restaurants beside the hotel. Stores and a Tim’s across the street within walking distance.
Disliked: This would be out of the control of the hotel and staff so it is not a reflection on them. There were adults and kids yelling in the hallway up until and slightly past midnight, almost constantly. At 2:15am, another adult in the hallway loudly vocally expressing themselves until almost 2:30am. On a more positive note, most guests or children were friendly and polite while passing in the hallways and stairways. I can only imagine how challenging and stressful it would be to be displaced by fire and attempt to live in and entertain children in a hotel for weeks.We got up at 6am, had a relaxing breakfast downstairs, packed up and left by 7:30/8am.Again, this is not a norm experienced in past stays. Just simply mentioning so others are aware of what they may need to contend with at this moment.
