Liked: Big couch.
Disliked: For the price of the stay I expected 4 star place but feels more like 2.5 stars. The washroom was really dirty, shower wall not well cleaned. poo stained under the toilet rim and in the drain. Sink plug was broken (this was quickly fixed by staff) AC remote battery died. Floors were dirty. The night light in the room only turns on IF the main light is on which defeats the purpose of night stand lights. Living Room has no table to put things in front of couch. Kitchen high chairs were ripped and look like they were chewed by dogs. The transition path between main and tower buildings is very awkward. A lot of the minor things in and around the hotel are poorly built/ repair, making the hotel look cheap.

Disliked: I was unaware the hot tub was closed until after I booked the room and was not able to get a refund. This was disappointing, my daughter and stay in Kelowna a lot and sitting in the hot tub and chatting is a tradition for us. The bathroom in our room was not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the bathtub. There was a broken hanger in my room and when I tried to call the front desk 4 times to let them know they never answered the phone. I had to walk down to the front desk and give them the hanger so I wasn’t charged for it. The hotel was disappointing.

Liked: Location was great and nice to have the restaurant right there.
Disliked: Hot tub not working. Room had mold in the shower and wall paper peeling off the wall. Bath tub did not drain when showering so we had to stand in bath water while shower and only drained about 5 min after the water was turned off. Air conditioner smelt like an old musty fridge. Hole in wall by bed and ice machine did not work.
