Disliked: There was no hot water on our first night stay. Second night the fixed the hot water but you weren’t able to adjust it, just super hot or super cold. Tub was super slippery with no anti slip mat. Wifi also did not working at all, kept asking you r put in your information even tho you did a minute ago

Disliked: The room is super dirty. I bring back bed bugs and it was terrible experience!

Disliked: Hi,I’m writing to express my disappointment with our stay at the Sandman.It was not communicated to us beforehand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The entire facility smells damp, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room is not working properly, which made our stay quite uncomfortable.We expected a more pleasant experience and hope you can address these issues for future guests.

Liked: The room was small but reasonably comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The desk staff was polite and competent.
Disliked: The air conditioner was noisy and it was difficult to adjust the fan on it. We were provided 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth only, so we were not given a standard amount of towels.

Liked: Only location near to airport and malls
Disliked: Maintenance( Ac issue, no cleaning in room and don’t like room in basement then stairs for heavy luggage, worse thing elevator was so slow
