Liked: The location was okay.
Disliked: The cleanliness was awful there was floss on the floor from the previous person, the door you had to force shut. Out my door was the pool so that’s all you could hear. The ac didn’t really work. The ladies there were nice but there was a couple guys who just were not very friendly. All around look when you get in your room is just kind of dark and dingy.

Liked: Staff at check in was extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurants such as Sports Lounge and Denny’s were nice to have on site.
Disliked: The price. I was quoted one price online and charged another. The property was under renovations and therefore it was extremely uncomfortable, inconvenient and loud. The renovations were not posted anywhere when booking. I did request to be moved but it went unheard. The room was dark are dreary, beds were extremely uncomfortable and location was directly across from a banquet hall that had Rock/Crystal and Healing type seminars over the entire stay. I had headaches due to incense and sage burning amongst other things burning. I was charged an average of $360 per night for a property that I reserved for $199 per night plus tax. I was told when I contacted that the increase was due to the capacity of guests. I under no circumstances agreed to more than the rate I booked at. I was mislead and lied to on many levels.
