Sandman Hotel & Suites Calgary West

We were treated very well. We had arrived early to check in and change for a wedding in the Wedding Pavilion. Earliest check in was established and Denny's was pointed out for a lunch. The room was excellent; all timelines were met for the wedding. We were only 4 minutes away from our destination. Doris and Ed.

A perfect welcome to Alberta...

Liked: Fabulously friendly and helpful staff, rooms were well supplied and furnished.
Disliked: Beds were a little too soft for my personal comfort.

Liked: I like the location and glad its walking distance to restaurants as there is no breakfast included
Disliked: Very dirty in the rooms. Walls, furniture, ceilings, light switches were very dirty. Carpet and vents falling apart. Beds were very uncomfortable. I booked the hotel looking for a swimming pool for my children and was NOT informed that the pool and gym were under renovations. I would not have stayed at this hotel had i known about the pool being closed. Extremely dissatisfied
