Overall the room was very clean and comfortable - the few staff we talked to were friendly. My only one little thing was that there could have been a couple of extra pillows on the bed. For a queen size bed four pillows would definitely make it more comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were attending a concert at the Credit Union Centre. Having the pool area open at 6 a.m. and a 12 checkout was wonderful, as we could enjoy the pool and not be rushed. Staff were friendly.

Liked: Friendly staff; pool times nice.
Disliked: Pool deck area quite small - very crowded.

Liked: The room was clean, it even smelled clean. The layout was good. The temperature was perfect. It was a great experience. Thank you so much.
Disliked: THere was nothing that needed improvement. It exceeded my expectations.

Staff should check for occupants...

Liked: Close to airport. Next to a restaurant.
Disliked: Staff started some maintenance in the room above me. Started loud banging shortly after 8am. I was not impressed!
