Overall the room was very clean and comfortable - the few staff we talked to were friendly. My only one little thing was that there could have been a couple of extra pillows on the bed. For a queen size bed four pillows would definitely make it more comfortable.

Clean, quiet, and convenient to the Credit Union Centre - $15 cab ride. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were attending a concert at the Credit Union Centre. Having the pool area open at 6 a.m. and a 12 checkout was wonderful, as we could enjoy the pool and not be rushed. Staff were friendly.

Liked: Absolutely love the location and the gym and the rooms are perfect for what I was looking for, maintenance. Staff was amazing the front desk clerk that I dealt with that was very pregnant, was very accommodating, and I cannot speak higher of both of them and the GM who took the time to speak to me when I had a major issue after the first night.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I had to call security a couple of nights, I didn’t like that the room we were assigned was dirty and then moved to a dirty room, and then the people that were actually staying at the hotel, were not considerate to the fact that they were other people staying there. It was extremely inconsiderate that when my experience was not good, that I was treated with respect, however, when my family member that was staying with me was requesting anything, they were not treated with the same level of respect. The GM was very receptive to feedback and I received apologies and I can respect that and was accommodated for my negative experience.
