Sandman Hotel Penticton

Very good

Just what we needed.

Liked: Had a long drive to get there and did not have to go looking for the hotel. bed and room was good. Location was good for what we needed.
Disliked: Nice to have the Dennis attached to the place. No going to look for some place to eat.

A decent value priced hotel....

Liked: The location was great and there is a pool and hot tub which were nice and clean. There is a 24 hr Dennys attached to the hotel.
Disliked: The flooring is worn thin in the hallways. There was some wall paper peeling off the wall in our room.

Was very well located, close...

Liked: Rooms were comfortable
Disliked: Airconditioning was situated too low, only blowing on the ground, should be a bit higher. Elevator was in poor condition, making strange noises, and buttons need replacement

Disappointing

Liked: I liked Penticton and the scenery.
Disliked: There was no breakfast included with the room Front desk staff need training on learning about sights and where to go in Penticton. I am still waiting for my damage deposit to be put back in my card.

Disliked: Very tired property. Room needs renovation and updating.
