Good enough that I will...

Liked: Guest Services Mgr. Garima Kinha gave me prompt assistance with technical problems with one of the suite's televisions and more so with obtaining charging devices for my cell phone which lacked correct wiring.Just post Air Canada strike a (male) morning front desk staffer printed my boarding passes for my flight back to B.C. and this lowered my stress level!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The shower doesn’t have doors to prevent shower water sprouting out. I almost slipped when I walked out of the shower. The bathroom faucet has mold. The carpet is very dirty.

Liked: Housekeeping staff are great at their work
Disliked: The swimming pool is tiny and cold, the reception staff could do with some improvement.The location is on a busy highway so for light sleepers it’s a no no

Expected alot more for my...

Liked: Location,TV channels listed clear ,alright beds.
Disliked: Dirty room wall paper hanging in front of windows,shower tap-handel really tight to turn on broken picture and frame not fixed or replaced doesn't seem like the cleaning staff do much or report anything. Pool is cold not enjoyable.
