Disliked: Very run down looking. Rooms needed a refresh. Very dark. Very worn looking.

Excellent value for money, clean...

Liked: Great location, very clean, bed extremely comfy and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: Elevators were a bit slow but not a huge deal

Liked: maybe the location.
Disliked: a bunch of kids running around and nobody doing anything about it. extremely load the pool area was disgusting, towels everywhere no clean towels a whole bunch of kids out of control finding out it was a hockey team. pool area was over capacity.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was a decent size and the area was kept clean. Location was good for some shopping and food.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very respectful, no working fire alarm, not properly vacuumed. Multiple remotes in the room that didn’t work the main television.

Practical place to stay.

Liked: Location convenient for my requirements. Price point was reasonable although all the extra taxes add up. Close to other amenities and QEW.
Disliked: Housekeeping mediocre. Surfaces and floors not cleaned thoroughly. Stayed a week so it was relevant. Could benefit from an e-car charger. Competition has one. With the proximity to QEW, consider ear plugs for sleeping.
