Liked: Housekeeping staff are great at their work
Disliked: The swimming pool is tiny and cold, the reception staff could do with some improvement.The location is on a busy highway so for light sleepers it’s a no no

Liked: Location,TV channels listed clear ,alright beds.
Disliked: Dirty room wall paper hanging in front of windows,shower tap-handel really tight to turn on broken picture and frame not fixed or replaced doesn't seem like the cleaning staff do much or report anything. Pool is cold not enjoyable.

Liked: The front desk staff is truly outstanding, with special recognition to Alyssa. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Her attentiveness and dedication exceeded expectations. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Canada, the Caribbean, and Asia, I can confidently say the service here — especially from Alyssa — ranks among the very best.A thank you as well to General Manager Neil, who responded promptly and thoughtfully to all my questions and concerns.
Disliked: There was an issue with the cleaning staff but Alyssa resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction.
