Wouldn’t stay again.
Liked: The location was decent in terms of proximity to the event we were travelling for.
Disliked: One of the elevators had a broken door sensor, so the doors would just close on anyone trying to get in or out. Instead of shutting it down for maintenance, the hotel just put up a sign saying it was “finicky”. There were hairs in our shower and on one of the beds when we arrived.

Good medium priced hotel.
Liked: The staff were fantastic! The 2 men on the front desk could not have been more helpful. There was a maintenance worker who was equally helpful and positive.
Disliked: The lift doorwas malfunctioning and closed as soon as it opened trapping my body and my arm one time. The room keys just timed out each day so you had to collect a new key. The shower drain was very slow to remove the water when having a shower. The guest laundry washing machine didnt drain or spin my washing. However, the staff were very responsive to all these issues and promptly attended to everything. They even had my laundry washed, dried and folded. Can't ask for more than that.

Disappointed
Liked: The hotel is tired and in need of some tlc. Wallpaper is torn and worn. The elevator took me on a merry ride as I was trying to get ice on a different floor and then get back to my room. I visited several different floors that I had not called for before finally getting ice and then back to my room. It was quite a trip. The bed was comfortable enough but getting saggy and looking like it needed to be replaced. Pillows were hard and gave me a headache. Did not sleep well and left the hotel feeling very tired. No extra blanket, ran out of Kleenex, not enough towels for two people. Quality of towels were good, I assume they were recently replaced. I had interaction with some other guests that regularly stay there and they expressed the same feelings, especially regarding the elevator. One gentleman said he was trapped travelling in the elevator for 5min once.
Disliked: Money needs to be invested in general maintenance. Beds should be replaced. Wallpaper replacement painting refreshed. Housekeeping needs to be sure basic amenities such as Kleenex are provided. The lamps too just need to have the seem on the lamp shade put towards the wall for appearance. I noticed the air vents in room and hallways all need to be taken apart and cleaned, could see dust in them. They will not work optimally if covered in dust. This is a maintenance issue.
