Liked: Clean room. Wal mart close by. Stayed for eclipse location close to niagra. very industrial area. Used the hot tub. Interior very modern. we were happy.

Liked: The property is nicely kept with lots of stores within walking distances. The two restaurants connected hotel is a bonus and we used both during our stay fit breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: The only thing was the room we had felt small. Might look into a bigger option next stay.

Hamilton Sandman Hotel

Liked: The location is good, close to Walmart and main street, incl Tim Horton and Macdonalds. The staff was super friendly, and James assisted us at the front desk and was very professional.
Disliked: No daily servicing of rooms unless you request it. Even on the days I requested room to be services, they didn't do it. The rooms are not very clean. Dusty and grimy. Carpets need a deep clean. The decor is very dark and depressing. The lighting is poor. The air conditioner system needs an upgrade.
