Our stat is not that...

Liked: Room is not child friendly as I have toddler and ask the staff to move us to other room as my daughter is autistic and need to transfer not close to the wi down close to the door and they don't allowed us
Disliked: The staff is not friendly

Would never book on line...

Liked: We paid for a suit, and got a small room with one bed. the night staff was very apologetic, but the day front staff were very rude. I had proof I had paid for a one bedroom suit with a kitchen and balcony.
Disliked: The room and how in polite the front desk staff were.

Will definitely book again

Liked: Pillows n bed were so comfy. Service was amazing. Love that we can smoke on the balcony.
Disliked: Air was dry. Not sure if u can change that or not.

Disliked: Disappointed in the small room, did not have a working phone so I had to go down to front desk at ask for a tv remote, shower stall was plugged, had to go down again because they never did fix our phone fixed the shower I think but didn’t clean the mess from the shower floor, only left two towels for 4 ppl, for the amount of money I was charged and booked through booking.com, I didn’t even get a sorry:( will never stay here again for the prices they charge for mediocre rooms at best:(
