Awesome

Liked: Got upgraded to the tower .. was great... room was lovely...
Disliked: No hottub .. as it was down .. was looking forward to using it

Overall happy with the room...

Liked: Location and comfortable room.
Disliked: Water pressure was very poor. We were told our room was poolside but it was not

Exceptional

Liked: We really liked the style of the room. We had a suite and it was perfect for a family on an extended stay.
Disliked: It was challenging at first to find our way through this hotel. The tower with the suite rooms was alone from the main building connected by a skywalk.

Fair. The previous stays were...

Liked: This was our 3rd stay and our latest stay there was not as good as the previous ones. The water from the faucet was very slow. No matter what the water temperature was, the flow was the same. The toilet has to be flushed twice for the water to clear out. Lastly, there were sudden noises coming from the toilet exhaust and the air-conditioner.
