Passable

I had a totally relaxing...

Liked: I loved the location, within walking distance to main restaurants/shops, etc. I also enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi area which was well maintained. I loved the friendly staff and the complimentary coffee/fruit in the lobby area.
Disliked: I missed a restaurant in the hotel, which would have given it extra flair.

Poor

Disliked: No response to my request for an invoice, still waiting to receive my invoice.inside rooms that back onto the pool are stuffy

Liked: Convenient location and parking
Disliked: Smell of pot in our room ( extremely strong) on several occasions!! Right at the hallway entrance door and inside our room.

Was very comfortable and relaxing

Liked: Easy to find and in a great position. Big rooms and clean and tidy
Disliked: The key cards rarely worked and had to get there programmed a couple of times and we left the “ please replenish our room “ sign on the door but no one ever came so we were out of coffee.and cutlery.

Liked: Great location separating parking for motorcycles
Disliked: Nothing was a great place to stay

Would stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was very basic for not being a free breakfast. First room was hot, AC was broken, but the staff were friendly and switched the room for us.

Great location with plenty of...

Liked: Location can't be beat. Lots of parking. Staff very responsive and helpful.Booked a King room through booking.com, but when we got to the property, was told that room was not pet friendly. So they gave us a room with only 1 queen bed. The prices was a bit less, and instead of giving us a refund, we got coupons for breakfast that is normally $7 each time, each person. I appreciate the gesture.
Disliked: The Booking.com web page for this Sandman should make clear which rooms are pet friendly. I found a long blond hair embedded into the bath towel. I am not blond and hubby is bald.
