Staff attitude and demeanour excellent

Liked: Staff were exceptional! Pleasant and helpful at check in, allowing for a late checkout due to us arriving after midnight. Maintenance staff assisted to access a suitcase with a broken zipper. All the staff encountered were friendly and helpful .
Disliked: Tap in tub needed a little repair and coffee machine filter had not been dumped. Not however major issues at all.

Liked: Rooms were updated and clean
Disliked: We had no hot water in our room. Tried showering late at night as well as first thing in the morning. Water was cold fir the shower and ghe sink. Hot tub wasn't very warm and pool was cold

Exceptional

Not our best experience this...

Liked: It was convenient for the venue we were visiting for the evening. This location is the one we usually stay at, but I think after this stay, we’re going to shop around a bit
Disliked: The hot/cold water was tricky to navigate, there was obvious dried urine (not ours) down the front of the toilet in the bathroom, after seeing that, while I was inches away, in the bathtub, grossed us out (my husband came in when I called him, because I really couldn’t believe what I was seeing

Terrible

Liked: There was absolutely no heat in the room . We arrived at 1.00 am. Staff offered to change our room my daughter was too tired to move. No one offered to come to the room even though I asked for some one to come
Disliked: Someone come to look at the thermostat

Liked: Proximity to restaurants and airport. Convenience of shuttle.
Disliked: Kids running around everywhere. Room was 26⁰ when I got in. Had to leave the window open. AC was too loud. Window open meant loud planes. Lots of construction. The housekeeping or construction trolleys always seemed to be in the way.
