Clean room, but noisy

Liked: The hotel room was clean and in good shape. The managers were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The room was very noisy with traffic going by. We did end up sleeping okay in spite of the noise. At breakfast, I wanted to cook my oatmeal in the microwave, but when I opened the door, there was an old bowl of oatmeal inside full of dozens of tiny bugs running all over the microwave. The oatmeal was black, perhaps moldy. We kind of lost our appetite after that.

Liked: Nice bed for a one night stay.
Disliked: The location was a bit “sketchy” The people in the office were not the kindest, and the breakfast was honestly very disgusting.

Liked: It was okay. I did feel the staff tried hard and I thought they were very nice. The yard decorations were great. The beds were comfortable and had nice clean bedding.
Disliked: I didn't feel that the room was very clean. More like it was only cleaned in the high use areas.

Liked: I like to stay it was a good place but I'm a month later and still have not gotten my security deposit back it's ridiculous I've called them twice they still have a hold on my account ...they're accounting sucks
Disliked: Their business practice of returning your deposit they put $100 security deposit hold and I still haven't gotten it back after a month it's still pending

We loved the easy access,...

Liked: Gentleman in office was extremely helpful. The building looks very sharp with the new paint. The new window shutters are so classy, as is the headboard with a canvas painting insert. Someone has put a lot of time and effort into designing a very comfortable place for travelers
Disliked: Stairs- my fault - I need to request bottom floor for my husband who has difficulty walking.

Liked: Close to a lot of the stuff. Ac worked good
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, room feels kind of dirty and smelly. The staff wasn’t really welcoming and asked for credit card info when not needed. The breakfast was full and didn’t have anything other than bread and just carbs

Very good

Liked: The bed was super comfortable, free breakfast was pretty good- waffles, toast, bananas, cereal, etc, the room was spacious, great price, only 10 minutes from downtown
Disliked: The shower was leaking the whole time and the air conditioner was really loud, the bed was kind of creaky too so the room was just a bit noisy. Not terrible at all and still had a lovely stay.
