Liked: Very clean and cozy bed, easy checkin, great location
Disliked: Shower wasn't very hot but I get it. For the price I'm not complaining.

Exceptional

Great for the money!

Liked: The room was super clean and very roomy, the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The grounds are very well maintained. The location is great with several restaurants nearby.The staff is super. Very friendly and professional. They go over and above with customer service. When we arrived around 8:30 pm we did a quick check-in and immediately left to get dinner. We were gone for a couple of hours. My husband left his credit card at the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk kept an eye out for us to arrive and within a couple of minutes he was at our door to return the card to us. He could have just called our room to let us know to stop by the office and pickup our card if at all, instead he personally walked it over to our door. We will definitely continue to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Albuquerque.

Good enough, but not really...

Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable, which was our main need for 1 night during travelling. The shower had peeling paint on the tub walls, and the curtain rod was broken on one side, left hanging off the shower wall edge precariously. Lots of hot water and good pressure though. Enough clean towels. Dark hairs, that didn’t belong to us, were in corners of the bathroom and a few in the tub. Major downfall for us was a cockroach that scurried under the mini fridge when we first woke up- we vacated quickly after that and did not experience the breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it needs some attention to detail in the rooms and repair, maybe an exterminator if there are more bugs found, but we slept decently well and continued on our trip unscathed.

Disliked: Rooms were on 2nd floor with no elevator

Nice hotel for a decent...

Liked: Very nice staff and the room was nice and clean. The tv in our room didn’t turn on though. There was quite a bit of noise from the street that was heard inside the room.

Great if all you need...

Liked: Once you are in the room, this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and there were nice amenities. The bathroom fan even worked!!
Disliked: The location leaves A LOT to be desired. Have you seen Breaking Bad?
