Liked: Beautiful house, stunning grounds and great location!Beds were also super comfortable and room very spacious. Would love to go back!
Disliked: We had an issue with hot water for our shower but after contacting the owners they gave a resolution.

Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful stay, wonderful staff and a truly wonderful hidden gem. Elaine was a great host and made a delicious breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the fantastic Donavon suite. The grounds were immaculate and the animals delightful and friendly, my dog enjoyed being outside in the gardens. I am already looking forward to staying at Sandhill House again.
Disliked: Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.

Liked: A fantastic stay at Sandhill House. Elaine and her husband were warm and welcoming into their cosy and well-appointed B&B. A beautiful building set in well-maintained grounds. It was a pleasure to stay at Sandhill House and a must-stay for anyone considering a visit to Ayrshire. Have recommended highly to my family and friends.

Liked: This is a beautiful place, immaculately kept and presented. Really friendly welcome. Warm and comfortable. I loved it here and some of the feedback below on more minus aspects, did not outweigh how nice it was. I'd return for sure.
Disliked: Small things. I ran a bath at 9pm and it was lukewarm. The internet was very slow, I reverted to my data. Sausage at breakfast were the pink ones which are never good. I'd have given feedback directly but I was chatting to other guests over breakfast and ran out of time.

Liked: Amazing stay. We loved everything about it. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The grounds are beautiful. Staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious. Just wish we could have stayed for longer! We will be back.
