Sandcastle Resort

I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The staff was great; the food was good and the hotel itself was very clean and lived up to my expectations!

Liked: Restaurant; beach access, The views.
Disliked: The elevators shook a bit going up, but wasn't really a big deal. The parking garage tops out at 6'2" - had to park across the street and walk, which was fine.

Liked: Great hotel; very clean; great staff.

The room was excellent and extremely clean. There were plenty of fresh clean towels for everyone and the staff was super nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was all well worth the price of the room. The only problem we had was that we were unable to eat breakfast there because the breakfast line was extremely long due to the hotel being filled with cheerleaders there for nationals which also made the pool not an option because of crowding.

Liked: The staff members working in the breakfast area were very nice. The breakfast was truly a let down. It was only bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, muffins, and microwave French toast sticks and microwave egg omelette. We were truly expecting fresh cooked eggs and a breakfast meat and a waffle or pancake machine like we see at other places. Your place is nice, location is fabulous, price is high but reasonable for location-so I think making the breakfast a better would be a big plus.
