I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The staff was great; the food was good and the hotel itself was very clean and lived up to my expectations!

Liked: Restaurant; beach access, The views.
Disliked: The elevators shook a bit going up, but wasn't really a big deal. The parking garage tops out at 6'2" - had to park across the street and walk, which was fine.

Liked: Great hotel; very clean; great staff.

The room was excellent and extremely clean. There were plenty of fresh clean towels for everyone and the staff was super nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was all well worth the price of the room. The only problem we had was that we were unable to eat breakfast there because the breakfast line was extremely long due to the hotel being filled with cheerleaders there for nationals which also made the pool not an option because of crowding.

Liked: Very pretty ocean 💙 view. The breakfast left much to desire. Very continental. It was a clean hotel.
Disliked: The oceans restaurant. Could not get anyone to wait on us and left.

Liked: I liked how close we were to the beach.
Disliked: Not much things for small children.

Liked: Room has an oceanview which is wonderful, especially at sunrise.
Disliked: A broom was missing for me, because you can not avoid to bring up sand into the room.

Disliked: The refrigerator was dirty had hair in it the lamp had hair hanging from it hair was in the bed the covers had spots oh soo very un comfortable an awful experience for the 725.00 I paid the bed felt like it had sand on it. The door to the balcony had no lock it look really ran down at the hotel the hallway smelled and the room smelled like pee I don't want to live there again and wish I could have got at least a partial refund The lights were dim and I'm middle age and need to see there was only one lamp for lighting so sad
