Great value for a vacation...

Liked: Great location for the price, sea view room was spacious with the separate bedroom, living and bath room, basic furniture but clean enough to live in. Our request for higher floor quiet room was honored so thanks the hotel staff for that. Will definitely choose the ocean view room again next time.
Disliked: Check in time not flexible, only after 4pm but we were allowed to get a parking pass so were able to stay in the spacious hallway room facing the beach so it’s made up for the late check in time

Disliked: Not clean at all!!! , dirty floors, vents full of dust and debris , black marks on walls and doors , scuff marks every room , peeling paints, dirty windows inside, dead bugs on window sills, door not secure at all, you can see the outside lights get through the doors. The one latch can be a cesed from the outside so please make sure you lock your door and bring a few ways to secure the door yourself. It’s just in need of major repairs and upgrades More attention to details I’ll post a few pic of the interior of our room Not enough slots to post pictures on this site Don’t go by the photo labels

Great location but the property...

Liked: This property is all about the location which is a 10/10.
Disliked: We knew it was a no frills place going in, and that the location was what we were paying for but the bathroom was really outdated and kind of gross. My son refused to use the shower while we were there because it was so gnarly looking and not even remotely clean - I had to buy disinfectant wipes for the toilet seat because it looked like it was dragged behind the back of a truck... The front desk staff were not cozy and friendly as well. They never said hi, or smiled at you when you walked by them; it's like they went out of their way to avoid you. The only staff member who was friendly was a man who was tending the grounds outside.
