Disliked: Couldn’t check in the room till after 5. They kept saying room was extremely dirty and it would be 30 more minutes.

Liked: The weekend started off great!! We booked a total of 4 rooms for 4th of Juky weekend. Then we decided to go to the Front desk to book 2 rooms for Labor Day weekend at $436.00 per room , so we booked our rooms then came back to the Front desk and the Manager canceled our orginal reservation and up charged us $100 for each room after we reserved our rooms.. I have been a Hotel Manager for 20 years and would never do that.. The Manager stated she did not update the website or the OTA which is for purchasing rooms online, how was that our problem.. We will be canceling and never going back..
