Loved that is was so...

Liked: Loved that is was so close to the pier and shops. Right on the beach! Kids loved it! A little old but still good. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Great location and value for...

Liked: I have been to this hotel before, and even though it still show's it's age, the value for your money, is great. I do have to mention we checked in from Sunday to Monday, so it was not busy at all. Location is my absolute favorite, right by the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, and steps from your own entrance to the beach. The rooms are spacious, we had 2 beds, and they were super comfy. AC Worked well and the room was very clean. Breakfast was average, and free so I can't complain. Mostly prepacked but we had plenty of options for our liking, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal & coffee.
Disliked: Again, you get what you pay for. $100 a night for me was 1000% worth it. I will say, parking was easy for us but I can see how it can get a bit hectic when all the rooms are fully booked. The one thing that really bothered me ; and I mostly blame the guests of the hotel for not cleaning up after themselves, which says more about them than the hotel; is how dirty the pool area was. We were there Sunday, a lot of families with their kids, enjoying foods, snacks, toys, beautiful sight.. Until Monday morning when you want to go enjoy the pool, and EVERYTHING is left there. Chip bags, candy wrappers in the pool, adults food and plates left on the chairs and tables, socks, shirts, towels left behind. Granted, the maintenance/hotel should be cleaning this area consistently, especially every night and morning ; it leaves you not wanting to go into the pool just thinking that they never clean it ; BUT the guests should have more respect and clean up after themselves. You get what you pay for, so honestly, i'd up the price just to get some better guests on your property.

Liked: The only thing good about this property is the location!
Disliked: The staff were horrible! My room was bug infested, and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it! My room was next to the pool and was crowded by people who didn’t have a room there! Horrible experience!

This place is a dump

I love how close this...

Liked: The hotel is in the perfect location. Close access to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The pier and other attractions are all in walking distance.
Disliked: The rooms had ants and roaches. The refrigerators don’t keep food cold. The remotes don’t work for the TVs. The sheets had stains and dirt on them. Bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been and all of the rooms have a stale odor to them.

Liked: They could not accommodate my pickup truck with a car trailer and would not cancel the reservation made 30-40 minutes before arriving @ the location and even though there was plenty of room in the lot across the street that they use for parking,for me to parallel park completely out of the way only using one spot, they would not allow it...
