Fair..outside needs painting..it's scary looking

Disliked: The property is old n needs updating..the owner should spend money n make this a really nice resort..take a room n make a coffee room..

Liked: The location was perfect, just a walk away from the boardwalk!!

Liked: We liked:- distance to the beach- friendliness and helpfulness of the staff- clean room and washroom
Disliked: We don't like:- the surrounding parts of the property don't have security cameras. A guy approached my wife and daughter inside the car while I'm checking in. I'm suspecting he's a predator for human trafficking. He knew where to stand where there is no camera (see the parking photo I uploaded). PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE PREDATORS lurking in Pleasant Beach and around this property.- swimming is green and with algae. Not suited for swimming.
