Sand Dunes Tower Suites and Villas

For units outside the hotel...

Liked: The staff were kind and helpful loved the water park and lazy river kept my girls busy from 11am till 6 pm they had a blast
Disliked: We stayed in the units outside of the hotel our unit was on 75 st 6th floor and it smelled old I had to open up the balcony and spray and pass some wipes. The room was out dated sofa needs some love we had trouble with our tv good thing we had our phones the whole unit just felt like motel 6 with the price tag of a Hilton. And that was my fault I normally read reviews but I honestly didn’t think it would be so bad. This normally happens when the unit owners just buy a unit and place very minimal care to the unit it’s all about the money for them and zero care for the unit

Liked: This property was excellent. The stay was comfortable and clean. Nice location and everything needed was on the resort the food there was great .The staff was also helpful and nice shout out to the manager and staff that was there during my check-in. They were truly helpful and super nice will stay again.

Liked: It is a whole village!!! It has so many amenities in walking distance. The nail salon on the beach is top tier!!! Arcade, breakfast, convenient store a few steps away from our resort tower. This was a great place to stay.

It was a vibe. Will...

Liked: This was not what i was expecting compared to the ONLINE pics but the water park area was great.
Disliked: no change of towels or sheets. The pull down bed pillows were on the floor and no blanket for that bed. The floor was mopped my socks were black on the bottom after i walked in the kitchen to living room.
