Decent stay but room was...

Liked: Amenities were good. Pools were clean, the Kitchen and bar were well run and food was good. The aircon worked well. The team that worked there was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My fault for getting the room I got. The tiny fridge, small microwave, and bathroom sink are clogged. The water stream in the bathroom is very low. No carts for checking out. Like all oceanfront resorts, they have parking decks. With full size truck it is very hard to park and get up and down the parking deck.

Will not be returning

Liked: It's walking distance to the beach
Disliked: The picture are very deceiving. The room was not fully cleaned. The floors turned your feet black. The furniture was dirty. Overall not great. Alot of updates are needed.

Liked: We love the pool, waterpark, and access to beach. Rooms are decently cleaned.
Disliked: Highly expensive for the food inside the resort. The rates are high as well for nights.

Liked: Nice amount of pools, great restaurants.
Disliked: The waterpark needed pressure washed and a couple wood boards replaced on the steps on top. Overall a sewer smell bad while walking past Ava’s pizza and Salt and Lime. The room was dirty. The pillows had stains on them. Three of the lamps/light fixtures were not in working condition. There was a hole in the drywall on the ceiling hanging next to the air conditioning. The floors were not put in properly, they were coming apart like a puzzle. Rust dripping from the bathtub walls and what looked like mold. Toilet didn’t flush properly. There was McDonald’s trash, personal feminine products, food that was left under the couch at check in. One of the chairs on the deck was covered in bird poop. There are no cots or pop table cribs available. It was listed on the extras list while I booked. I asked the front desk and the woman didn’t act like she understood what I was saying had to wait for another person to come to the desk. My key cards had to be reactivated three times due to the front desk not properly activating them. There are more complaints to complain about. We didn’t have the best experience at the resort.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The room looked nothing like the photos. It was outdated. It needed some TLC. It was next to the elevator, and you heard every conversation which echoed cause it was in a gangway. The pool was dirty. No daily housekeeping. The floors had sand throughout the space. Overall, it was a frustrating stay

This place was good and...

Liked: The hot tub and the swimming pools, the pizza place was good just need to sale wings.
Disliked: Should have more restaurants to choose from and the bar mix drinks was nasty.
