Wonderful location, fast elevators, nice...

Disliked: Towels were not replenished as I had to ask for clean but otherwise great trip! Oh and we didn’t know the second pool was across the street

Great place to stay with...

Liked: The check in process, water park, bar, pizza, pools and everything else was far beyond what we expected. Room was gorgeous, clean, great view, beds were comfy and lay out was awesome for our group.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

It was an ok stay....

Liked: Location was fine, staff was super friendly! Common areas were clean,beach was amazing. Parking was easy and convenient!
Disliked: The floors in our room were DIRTY!! The noise in the hallways late at night was over the top. The beds weren't very comfortable. Entry door didn't shut correctly (you could see outside light most of the way around the door).

Disliked: Some guests at room above from us people party and very loud all night we called desk service and nothing was done

Liked: I really enjoy the friendly of the front desk staff two women that was from Jamaica

Liked: Went with family and everything was great…. Everything was walking distance…. The adults and the kids were satisfied
