Disliked: The remote controls for the lounge room .was a bit confusing on which to use and the batteries were flat on the controller we needed to use to change channels.

The resort is lovely but...

Liked: The resort was lovely.
Disliked: There was a large group of male guests staying at the resort at the same time, possibly a "buck's party". They took over the spa / pool area in the evenings, were drinking alcohol in the pool area and being loud. They were very loud at 12:30am on Saturday morning and woke us up as we were staying opposite them. From our balcony, I asked them to be a bit quieter given we are all trying to sleep but they couldn't hear me. It took me hours to get back to sleep. We were not the only guests who were affected.

Disliked: Unfortunately we did find a few dirty dishes pushed to the back of the cupboard, frypan not scrubbed properly & glasses were a bit smudged , just bringing this to your attention …. BUT we are a family not to complain
