Liked: The view was AWESOME! Right off the beach with a balcony
Disliked: Not once of the three nights we were there did we get our room cleaned. We would leave around 10am and come back to the room around 4. Neither of those times were the rooms cleaned. We also had to ask for towels each day.

Liked: It was in a great location.
Disliked: No

Liked: I like nothing when I booked for Sandcastle resort north and my reservation was flipped. This company festiva never answered my call after I check in.
Disliked: Dump hotel not to my standard! The elevator was a death trap!

Liked: Location was great, right on the beach.
Disliked: The low rating on cleanliness was due to disgusting dirty people. Trash not thrown away, cigarette butts everywhere. As hard as it may be the hotel staffing should focus on keeping the pool decks and beac clean.

Disliked: Elevators slow upon checking in Room furniture was dirty and stained Will not return to that hotel.

Liked: I liked the viiew, indoor hot tub and pool.
Disliked: Could be cleaner.

Liked: The room was spotless
Disliked: The lazy river was closed
