Liked: Worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!! Filthy facilities. No maid service. Rude and lazy staff. My room was not cleaned the entire stay. No fresh towels or bedding, even after requesting it. I even spoke directly with the owner and he seemed very apathetic about my concerns. Speaking with other guests, they harbor the same sentiments.
Disliked: Nothing!!!

Overall a good value for...

Liked: On the beach, walking distance to gas station and restaurant, full kitchen in hotel room
Disliked: Kitchen doesn’t come fully stocked with oven pans and other things but there are a few dishes and cookware. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Liked: I loved the pool and the access to the beach!! The location was amazing!!! The bathroom was so up to date!! And the room was clean :) we had a phenomenal time! They had an amazing conversation area upstairs , which overlooks the beach, and they have shuffle board!!
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was the door did not lock with the chain, the chain was there but no where to latch it ,but everything else was amazing!!

The location is great, but...

Liked: The location is perfect. The beach is right there. Staff are good people.
Disliked: The noise of guests children running the outside halls and parking lot from early morning (7am) to after midnight, is so wrong to the guests who want to relax. The adults with the children were drinking and not paying attention. I was advised that these are repeat guests, so they do what they want.Parking is brutal, I came in after midnight and no parking available, I was told I could park across the road, even though cars in the lot were visitors of people staying. The rooms rented via booking.com are not the best. The floors are sandy and sticky. The lounge chair in the room was busted, the shower rod fell down each time you touched it, the table outside my room was covered in blood as well as the cigarette butts and bloody tissue in the trash/ashtray. I advised the staff as soon as I could. Nothing was repaired or cleaned up during my 3 day stay. This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this motel, and this time is my last. It's very disappointing and getting worse each visit.The staff, Caroline, and the maintenance man are great. Their hands are tied by the new owner, so nothing gets done correctly.

Liked: Nothing it was dirty and when I went to front desk to let them know lady started screaming and yelling at me and told us to leave the property
