Pleasant

Disliked: Very dated rooms smell off damp so we changed rooms still smell off damp but not as bad no shower no iron only one small pillow on the bed wouldn't come here again nuffin around the area

Disliked: Poor selection of drinks in food hall, donk drink warm drinks or orange, not keen on fruit swash, should have some fizzy options

Cheap and nasty

Liked: Breakfast cold went in at 8 at the time stated and was cold time you get your coffee tea etc massive queue all pushing as if they never had anything in thuer lives
Disliked: Not dementia friendly staff talking to people like children not adults , restaurant was the worst a free for all no order to get food the system is wrong , you get the soup then queue back up to get the mains , food then cold , breakfast the same food not hot can't pay cash all card payments I could go on

Disappointing

Liked: Very nice location, very peaceful, beautiful landscape views. The rooms are clean but old furniture old carpet. However, the toilets are really clean. The food was not acceptable in the canteen really not nice food. I'm not appetising at all and does not look like it was made nicely and I would definitely not recommend the restaurant food it was free breakfast and dinner with the Stay, definitely not.

The stay was very good....

Liked: Whatever I fancied at the time. The food was well cooked and presented.The puddings were very good also.
Disliked: I am a person who eats eats English food mostly. There was nothing in that range that I would not eat.

We are coming again in...

Liked: Parking was easy as it wasn't as full as it normally is. No queues at the bar.
Disliked: Breakfast. It's usually piping hot, but although the fewer numbers made parking easy it meant that the breakfast items were left in the trays longer and some of the items I chose were cold.
