Very poor hotel.

Disliked: Booking.com website says good breakfast included - not true - only a basic continental breakfast was available .Phoned the hotel phone number from the website (01628 482638) and booked a table for a meal for 7.00pm on Sunday evening. On arrival was told at reception that they don't serve food on Sunday evenings and that I couldn't have phoned them. Phoned the number again and they confirmed that the table booking was correct and that it was for that hotel (not another one elsewhere). When challenged they said that I should talk to reception. Reception said they would look into it and I have heard nothing. Had to go out to eat, which was not what we had planned. Very unsatisfactory. Room was poor as the en-suite was just a bath with shower open to the bedroom. Curtains had large holes in them. Noise all night in our room caused by a noisy fridge in the bar below was unacceptable.

Liked: Room 10 was outstanding, absolutely loved the outdoor cabin vibe. Also realised we met Andrew Taylor without realising!! Thanks for the hospitality good sir.
Disliked: Cooked breakie might be a good option but still loved the continental breakfast supplied.
