Thoroughly enjoyed it here, will...

Liked: How close it was to everything, friendly staff. The kids had a ball and loves the hot chocolate.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff and room was quite spacious. Stayed 2 nights and was able to have breakfast delivered which suited our needs.

Was only an overnighter but...

Liked: Have stayed here before, nice location, big rooms, comfortable but could do with an upgrade
Disliked: Rooms Looking a bit old, could do with an upgrade of furniture, stayed there 7 years ago and the furniture is still the same, could do with brightening up a little
