Disliked: Very rude manager and treatment at the Durango restaurant

Loud in Rancho Cucamonga

Liked: Cute nice room and beds
Disliked: Noisy!!! Loud music till 11 pm on Wednesday night. We had a test in morning and no free coffee or anything in lobby.

Liked: Staff was pleasantly nice and the facility was very clean
Disliked: I called and complained about the music and was told that a convention was coming and they were setting up the sound. I was also told I wasn’t the only person that complained, but it was pretty disrespectful at 7 o’clock at night when people are tired and trying to sleep.
