The hotel is good, but...

Liked: This was my second time in this hotel. I like everything, the room is clean, a large spa center, an outdoor pool and a lot of the same inside.
Disliked: On my birthday I decided to go to rezul. The price was 22 € per person, where we just went to the shower and they brought us clay for the body, after which we simply washed off with water. In my opinion it's a bit expensive for this. They did not offer any minimum discount for the birthday

Amazing

Liked: The spa is magnificent, staff are friendly, it’s clean and very good value of the money
Disliked: The hair dryer could be a bit more advanced.

Never again / awful spa

Liked: Great green area around the hotel.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper. Dirty spa area. I was standing and waiting for check out for a long time, because the desc is busy everytime. The Spa area is not only for the hotel guests but for everybody from the next village. Crowded noisy disgusting place! You need to put the room key to use the elavator. No tee or coffee facilities inside the room. You are not allowed to eat or drink food from the outside in your room. But the prises in restaurant are overhigh, and after I founded the black hair in my salad I could not eat there anymore! I booked the room and payed around 300 euro for one night in this motel. And it was my Birthday, I told it by check in, and they didn't not even make some compliment like it used to be in other hotels with 4 stars! I won't recommend this place to anybody. The prise for this hotel should be under 100 euro.

Disliked: The entire attitude of this place. No focus on service. They just want your money for no effort.Housekeeping refuse to change the towels - they ask for EXTRA MONEY to change towels. The rooms are €250 per night, but they only replace your towels for an extra fee. Greed hit a new low. They provide two old, thin, very very small, extremely poor quality towels for your entire stay. You’ll get better respect and service at a basic 2-star hotel.The condition of the room was also very poor. Damp/mould visible in the bathtub and the TV remote had old, stale food all over it. Bed linen torn, cheap and old. (See pictures)

Disliked: The one star is just for the Spa, and it's management.Today I booked a duo scrub to do something nice with my daughter.On the website it is written:Scrub, cream, and head massage for 2 people.50 minutes, 98 euro.This is misleading and totally unfair for the client.We get in and we have 1 masseuse for 2 people.So technically I am paying 49 euro each for 25 (it was 20 at the end) minutes, and not for 50 minutes.Again: THIS is not specified on the website.We are sitting on no bed, just some estethician chairs which put your head lower than your body, totally uncomfortable.Totally low standards.We get scrub on 4 parts of our body: lower legs, front arms, beginning of your back and belly.And we are asked to turn. So only frontThen we shower, and with the swimming suits on and with the face towel we get (small) it's totally impossible to get the scrub out.I remove my swimming suit, and I ask for a shower towel, while I am trying butt naked to climb on the chair again.Then comes the cream on the same 4 spots.At my question : why don't we get cream on hands and feet, she says that:The cream makes the feet sliding and the client could fall (!!) And:Masseuse has a phobia touching feet.(Really??? Who hired you?and why don't you do facials then?).Last is the head massage of 5 minutes which it hurts because the amount of oil is non existent.We leave and we paid 98 euro for half a treatment, a partial scrub, a partial cream, dry hands, feet, and lower back, and scrub all over places that I can't name.Masseuse pretends not to see my disappointment or she doesn't careThat's a rip off.Nowhere on the website are these things mentioned and we were not informed upfront that the treatment would be only for 4 parts of the body and the masseuse was phobic.I didn't get the choice to stand up and leave, instead of being robbed offI go to complain to reception and the EXCEPTIONAL Lucy (excellent customer care) talks with the spa manager.
