Liked: The staff was very friendly!
Disliked: AC did not work in our room. We notified the staff 2 times about this. They are very friendly but could not solve the problem with AC. The Pool and area around it was relative small and overcrowded. We did not use it during over stay because of this. Unfortunately, the rooms we were given did not meet our expectations based on the information provided at the time of booking and the price we actually paid.

Great Stay at SANA Reno

Liked: The location was excellent (right outside São Sebastião metro station) and it was situated in a nice area of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. The Aircon cooled the place down a lot which was fantastic. Good bathroom and showers also. The staff were very friendly and assisted wherever possible. The food was good and so where the drinks. The breakfast in particular was very good; Great selection of pastries and fruit. Some reviews complain about it, but it's probably because they are expecting a fried breakfast (no fried eggs and there were only small sausages and bacon). We were personally very happy with the selection of food available to us. The rooftop pool area was also great fun. While small, it was only on occasion that a lot of guests appeared at once. It was generally quiet and a good area to relax with food or drinks.
Disliked: The only minor issue was that it sometimes took quite awhile for drinks and food to be served. Much of this was down to only a small number of staff working and orders having to be taken from the ground floor to the pool on the 8th floor. It didn't really impact the quality of the stay. There were also some guests who reserved pool loungers with their towels all day which was rather ridiculous considering the small size of the pool area.

Liked: Excellent location, easy to go both to Airport and to the center by Metro, good restaurants and shopping center just in neighbour. Very friendly staff, swimming pool and good breakfast

Very far from the city...

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the pool, although there’s no bar up there so you have to order it off the table
Disliked: The staff were so rude, there was never bread at breakfast, when I asked for more bread he brought me out frozen bread
