Disappointing

Disliked: With as much as it cost we really had to pay for water everyday. We landed in the evening and the receptionist was rude and instructed us to talk to her manager in the morning. I will not be staying here again.

Great experience for the whole...

Liked: Big, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location (close to metro and easly accessed by car), has everything for family with young kids

Hotel to return to

Liked: A comfortable and luxurious hotel. The breakfast is rich and includes a wide variety of foods, including the option of making an omelet on the spot. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind, and as a pleasant surprise they leave a trio of delicious "pastel de nata" in the room. A highly recommended hotel, and there is no doubt that we will return to it the next time we come to Lisbon.
