Beautiful Hotel

Liked: The hotel was modern and the rooms were lovely.

Very good

Liked: The staff, the apartment (including the view), location and availability of bicycles for hire. We really appreciated the welcome cheese plate and wine.
Disliked: The limited menu at the restaurant

Exceptional

Liked: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sana Berlin Hotel, the room was clean comfortable & spacious with excellent showers. The sauna & pool are superb facilities which we made frequent use of and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also exceptionally well situated with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The only minor gripe I would say is there was no bin in our room which was slightly inconvenient.

Liked: Excellent modernly furnished, spacious rooms. Rooms are very tidy. Fast internet, but some programs are blocked. Delicious breakfast, pleasant staff.
Disliked: The hotel does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate all hotel guests.In the center of Berlin, an eco-sticker is required on the car, but the hotel did not inform about this in advance and the staff is not even aware of such rules.

Nice hotel, bad breakfast, small...

Liked: The staff is friendly and good at english. They are quick to respond if you need anything at all. The hotel itself is quite nice. We rented an appartment and it was perfect for a family of three.
Disliked: It is situated in an alright spot, especially if. you enjoy shopping. For us, travelling with a 3 year old, it was too far from everything. Even though there are U-Bahn stations nearby, almost everywhere we wanted to go had us walking to the nearest S-Bahn which is 20 minutes away on foot.The pool is very small and you cant really swim there if there's anyone else present. It is kinda too small to really enjoy for children, or for anybody else if there are kids splashing around. Still, it's pretty alright as long as you know what to expect.The wifi in the hotel is horrible and even though the TV's are set up to use chromecasting, you can't really use them, as the wifi makes you buffer every other second.The breakfast buffet is very expensive compared to alternatives in the area (25 pr. person). It has a very wide selection of dishes but they are quite low quality. The juice is nectar and water, the pancakes are storebought and barely heated, the eggs are overcooked, the bread is extremely stale. I think most of the reviews praising the breakfast are people liking the many options without thinking too much about the quality.Overall we probably wont be coming back to Sana
