Berlin wedding party

Liked: Rooms were nice and everyone liked the pool and sauna.
Disliked: I liked the green credits for skipping housekeeping, but you can only spend at the bar. Would be nice to be able to use for breakfast.

Relaxing, comfortable would recommend

Nice but really not worth...

Liked: The location close to the zoo is really nice. The hotel is quite modern and well-kept.
Disliked: 1. The room was not cleaned on the second day despite the fact we left around 9:45am and came back only at 4:30pm.2. When we arrived the sofa bed for our son was closed and we had to call the front desk so they will open it despite the fact we mentioned specifically in our order that we arrive with a young child who would need the extra bed.3. The breakfast for 25 Euro per person was really not worth it. Quality and selection are far from great for a 4 star hotel. 4. The shower was having really unpleasant water pressure and you could barely control it. It was either too strong or too weak.Altogether, I would say there is a serious gap here between what you pay and what you get. I stayed in Berlin in places that for a similar price provided much better quality and service.

Exceptional

An amazing place to stay...

Liked: The service, room and location were all excellent. The junior suite is huge, well designed and comfortable.
Disliked: The refrigerator could have been larger.

Liked: Room was lovely, bed was super comfy and great location. Staff were also extremely helpful.
Disliked: The glass panel between the bathroom and the bedroom - very stylish but you couldn't switch the bathroom light on if someone was asleep in the bed
