No AC in Room; staff...

Liked: Amenities
Disliked: The AC in the room didn’t work and it was super hot during the night and staff couldn’t help us or accommodate us to a different room. Maintenance couldn’t figure it out and the front desk wouldn’t help in any other way.

Disliked: there was no amenities . no room service. the food was not good.

I would stay there most...

Liked: The service was excellent.Staff mostly friendly. The seating agents could be nicer.
Disliked: The pigeons and blackbirds at breakfast are a menace and its unsanitary to sit outside with them.

Great stay will definitely return

Liked: The location was great many places to eat , 15 mins to Old San Juan.. the pool was great easy access to beach nice size room
Disliked: The resort fees are ridiculously high.
