Disliked: We reported an incident to Florida State Department of Business&Professional Regulations. We saw at our closet was full of stool it was used by housekeepers, we called them for cleaning, when the housekeeper started to clean our toilet we just shocked. Because she was using same rag to dirty toilet and sink. It was really disgusting. And hair gelled receptionist boy was extremely rude and not helpful, also could not understand and speak english well

Liked: Great location, super friendly and competent staff. Especially the managers Claudio and Andy from the front desk try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you. Rooms are spacious and well designed. We will certainly come back.
