Great location; beautiful lobby; just remember which set of elevators to take to your room - not all elevators go to every floor.
Liked: Very nice welcome.
Disliked: Parking not included.

Staff was super helpful, but I wish we'd brought rolling suitcases because they won't let you use the luggage racks yourself. Getting to and from off site parking was confusing.
Disliked: The lobby is very noisy.

Liked: This is a very clean and big room for a family although the bed is not a actual queen size bed. It is located central of San Francisco. Can reach any stores easily. Staffs look friendly.
Disliked: The sound insulation of the room is pretty poor. I only stayed one night but couldn?t get a good quality of sleeping. Easy to hear noise from galleries or the other rooms until midnight. And hear noise again about 6:30AM form outside of construction. Couldn?t get enough sleep for my next trip!!!!

Wonderful Staff, but Won't Stay...
Liked: The staff were wonderful, helpful and cheerful. They couldn't do enough within what they had the power to help with.
Disliked: I received an email the Friday before my Sunday stay telling me about the hotel practice of no room services and places to fill water bottles. For over $900 for two days, I EXPECT the option of room service in a hotel of this caliber. If I wanted to order my food and go collect it, I would have stayed at a Courtyard or Springhill Suites for a lot less money. I can handle purchasing bottled water, but prefer not to carry a refillable bottle both for sanitary reasons and adding to the items I already need to carry for work. I believe the decision to not include room service and bottled water is totally financial. Shame on you!!!

Liked: comfortable bed
Disliked: slow check-in; no free wifi; wrong bill (over-charged) when check-out before I pointed out.
