San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf

Accessible, comfortable, clean and welcoming!

Liked: Very comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff (Ma'am Grace from Bacolod City) and good gym. Close to In-N-Out Burger, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39!
Disliked: You can't get free wifi if you're in Marriott, no microwave in my room and fridge was empty, not even 1 bottle of water.

A few issues upon check...

Liked: Location,
Disliked: Services listed state Luggage Storage but refused to store luggage. Had to pay for storage at another hotel

Liked: Rooms were spacious and comfortable, housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the rooms promptly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating worked flawlessly. Location was good but very, very touristy. Keep this in mind when booking. Gym has lots of equipment, was tidy and clean. Washer and dryer was a nice touch. Free travel drink bottles from front desk were also great!
Disliked: Restaurant staff were unfriendly, ceiling in the room was dated, corridors were freezing cold.

Liked: Option for late checkout
Disliked: We could hear people in the next room arguing and crying until midnight on both nights. Very poor walls

Liked: Loved convenient location to many sites and transportation. Room was excellent.
Disliked: High rate with little included. $75 a day parking should be reduced or free with high daily hotel stay; $30 daily additional amenities fee charged whether you use it as a credit or not; no continental breakfast; really messed up check in which could have been inexperienced computer user....took over 45 minutes even though I did precheckin on line.

Liked: They charge you 30$ that you have to spend in their bar or spa or services…They cannot keep you luggage after check out. NEVER happen in my entire life.

Disliked: The moment we got to our room we saw a stain/dirton the bedsheets,a photo was taken in case they ask, so we called and asked the hotel to change the sheets, the person came with the sheets and does not want to change it, we just dont know why,we were so tired from the long flight and that person didnt even help us.
