Liked: Loved this hotel, it was my birthday and they happily provided us a room with a view and what a view!! Clean, great staff, fabulous breakfast, really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble!

Liked: Great location in the very center of Florence. The reception staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful and helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations.The friendly atmosphere was really above average compared to other hotels.

Liked: What a great hotel. From the moment I arrived the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and kind. Such a great attitude and welcomed us with a beverage. We arrived very early, so we left our bags with them and walked around. Location is so perfect. It is literally walking distance to everything. We had a great view and we loved waking up and looking out the windows. The staff was so nice and very clean hotel. They clean twice a day your room. They offer umbrellas when it rains, and breakfast was great as well. I can't get over the location and views. My son loved the big tub and just a great room. They left treats for him for Easter, very thoughtful of them. A definite must stay and when we return, we will be back here.
