San Diego Marriott Mission Valley

Front desk receptionist, Ana, was very friendly - made us feel very welcome. Bell staff was very attentive. We were only there for one night but overall it was a great experience.

Liked: Great staff; helpful and friendly; beautiful rooms; clean.
Disliked: A bit overpriced but then again, it is San Diego.

Definitely I’ll stay again and...

Liked: Everything is just wonderful from check in to check out. The staff very professional and helpful. Housekeeping is great even when leaving the room late they will clean the room. Breakfast good and room service is great. Pool facilities is excellent and the is good ( except for charging for parking). Location for me was great not crowded going in & out.

Disliked: The room I booked was double booked. They struggled to get me a room. We were placed in an old dirty room, the roof was flaking off, the bathroom door wouldn’t open or close. We packed our things at the end of our stay we put our things in our car. I walked back up to the room and the cleaning lady went in our room and took our drinks out of the fridge and was drinking my wife’s energy drink. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel stay!

Disliked: bfast too expensive, Actially all food. why do i have to pay that exhorbitant amount to park, parking costs more than my car rental. that's insane- parking should be free.that thing in the room is not a coffee pot, it's a joke. I want a real coffee pot.

My room was excellent although...

Liked: Nice hotel but in my room it was quite cool and I could not adjust the temperature to my liking. I just turned the gauge OFF.
Disliked: The food costs were a little higher than expected.
