Very comfortable and clean, but...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable hotel. It is a newer property, and you feel safe and comfortable there.
Disliked: Self park is $35 a day and valet $42 which is ridiculous. This property is in an office park and not as close to the beach as the map shows. There are no views or anything that would command $35 self park fees. In addition, they charge for WiFi.

Liked: The area was very nice and convenient to my client and area attractions.
Disliked: Lack of water in the room, sorry but I feel at least one bottle in the room would be a great accommodation.

Rude wait staff

Liked: the front staff where fantastic, the food was great and so was the spa
Disliked: What really put me off was the one sever on early on in the evening. My partner was having a beer I hadn’t decided on a drink yet , when she came back we asked for dinner menus which she gave to us and left to serve others , she was quite busy so after 10 minutes I went to the bar to order two drinks … she stormed over and told me off telling me she was my server and i’ll get into trouble if I go to the bar! She was very rude and if I hadn’t ordered drinks i would have left

Disliked: It was in a business park that didn’t offer any close amenities.

Service was terrible.

Disliked: The room was different with the booking details. The front desk was not helpful. No explanations about the hotel at all during check-in. Extra charges were charged.

Liked: Clean room, soft sheets, comfortable mattress
Disliked: No exhaust fan in the bathroom, dirty AC air vents
