Disliked: WiFi connection is too difficult. And staff does know remind guests how to turn it on. It takes me 2 hours to get it connected

Liked: The room was very clean and the hotel is close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Clean and comfy beds, lounge access was well worth it and amazingly convenient, fitness center was one of the best I've seen and clean. Hallways were extremely quiet even with neighbors, which was much appreciated. Room service was extremely fast and perfectly delivered with a smile. Staff was equally friendly, warm and easy to communicate with. Starbucks was a nice perk as well. Night view of downtown San Antonio skyline from a balcony room is amazing. Price range for hotel is very reasonable! Can't wait to stay here again!
Disliked: Food choices did not have much for healthy options. Everything is good but fried or extremely processed so I could not partake in much with anti-inflammatory restrictions. Advise management to consider natural food choices, luckily there is a Sprouts less than 5 minute drive from hotel. Not too crazy about the busy exchange from highway but not much hotel can do about that. Balcony furniture was really dusty/dirty so providing some towels/blankets to drape over would be nice.
