Too old hotel and poor...

Liked: Very disappointed!!! The room inside is too noisy. After I checked in around 1am, the front desk said no water to shower because they were repairing their water equipment. I didn’t know why they didn’t tell me before they made the schedule since there was not an accident.
Disliked: The staff said they would provide me bottle water for free to wash face and brush teeth since their building water equipment had been turned off, no water to shower. However, they charged me more $11 for the 2 bottle water. So interesting!
