Brilliant staff, facilities, perfect location...

Liked: Everything was perfect, this is the 4th time i have stayed there

Liked: It was lovely and quaint, perfect for a solo traveller like myself getting a ferry the next day.
Disliked: Bar and waiting staff were nice and friendly, chef could learn a thing or two about whispering. Wasn't a fan of the cooked breakfast.

An excellent central, but quiet...

Liked: A lovely historic building in the heart of this ancient port. The narrow one-way streets were fascinating, but it made finding the property and car park a challenge for my SATNAV. Real Ale in the bar was an added bonus.
Disliked: The address of the car park, which is on the next street, would have been useful.

Not bad.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The window frame was rotten, and when closed, the radiator heated the room, releasing the smell.

Great place to stay

Liked: Fab location with free parking. Food is excellent, staff are outstanding. No pets allowed which is a huge bonus if you’ve got asthma or allergies. Will definitely be going back.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Coffee was not brilliant.
Disliked: Rooms are not that spacious.

Great stay in Harwich with...

Liked: Very close to the harbour allowing for the business trip to go smoothly. Comfortable stay with all facilities. and great breakfast. Host is great to communicate with and available to provide support when needed.
