Very good. Staff and guests...

Liked: The whole place was very clean and staff and guests were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the kitchen was comfortable.
Disliked: Street noise, which is not the hostel's problem.

Liked: Because they would not accept my payment, they canceled my booking for free.
Disliked: I did not like anything about this situation. I arrived to check in, and they would not take my payment. This is not a hotel. This is a hostel. Very sketchy area with many drug users lying around on the ground outside. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in my 51 years on this earth. It's not worth 143.00 a night. The name appears as a hotel, not a hostel. It is very deceiving. Not recommended, run like the wind! I am glad they would not accept my payment.

Disliked: Facilities, as toilets and shower rooms are very limited compared to the number of persons staying, one toilet at one floor doesn’t really make any sense in a public hostel

Friendly hostel in good location

Liked: Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Good location in Kensington Market.
Disliked: Bed wasn’t very comfortable and it could be quite noisy.
