Very good place to stay...

Liked: Very friendly staff! Room was very comfortable and cleaning was almost there, but I believe it was a one time thing, it happens :)
Disliked: Wifi is a bit too slow

it was nice and you...

Liked: I liked the room, the bed is comfy and easy to sleep in. Breakfast is simple but filling. The room is clean and enough towels to use.
Disliked: Maybe in the common area, there is no TV area; it's just a dining table and a lounge area, so when you stay in the lounge, there is nothing to do if you are alone.

Wonderful wild and great full...

Liked: I went on my own to events held by Pride Montreal festival or something like the festival Montreal It is still Pride and Love expressing It was really wonderful only block away even through it was in French sometimes translated into English I did to go into English speaking club I had best time mixed of music of today's hits and yesterday's which I love of the latter, I did visit the botanical garden huge area.Yes I walked in the heat The Pride parade was the best of whole time
Disliked: Not having toilet paper in public restroom

Overall, very good value for...

Liked: Conveniently located, close to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The building and rooms are on the older side, and the facilities could benefit from some updating.

Liked: The position was good and the room ok. But some things are not ok like the AC is very loud (when I read the previous reviews I could not imagine something like this - it can woke you up in the night) and if you do not use the AC it is too hot to sleep. The bathroom could be cleaner there were hair in the sink. Overall for the price it is ok for a short stay.

Cheap, clean hostel at a...

Liked: Hard to beat for the price point and location. We were worried when we saw that there were earplugs available at the front desk and the bar was open until 3 am on a Saturday night but we got a good sleep. The breakfast was better than we expected and the room was clean. A short walk to the Metro and we found neighbourhood parking with little difficulty.
Disliked: There are some rough people in the area. I think this used to be some kind of a sex hotel as we had a huge mirror on the ceiling.
