Liked: Amazing stay

Disappointed

Liked: Great location near the lake and walking distance into the centre of town. Big kitchen and lounge facilities. The bed itself was comfortable and the double room an acceptable size.
Disliked: Unfortunately the pillows under the cases were stained along with the mattress. The hostel wasn't very clean in all areas. The bathroom facilities were tired looking and dirty ( the walls in particular with marks and stains ) some of the taps and soap dispensers were broken.

Adequate

Liked: Good location. About 5 minutes walk to downtown Kelowna and the central bus interchange.
Disliked: Staff wandering around in the early hours of the morning slamming every door they could find and yelling away in to their phones. I assumed it was a South Asian Cultural thing as it happened every day for the 2 weeks I was there. Actually the Door thing is hostel wide, every door slams, and I mean SLAMS ! Don’t expect to get any sleep.

Great location and amenities, but...

Liked: Amazing location, close to everything you need! The amenities are great, and the kitchen is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to cook. Really enjoyed my stay!
Disliked: The room felt too small for 4 people, with very limited space to store luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly during my stay, and unfortunately, the room floor wasn’t very clean.

I won’t come back
